Frequently asked questions about TouchCric.
What is TouchCric?
TouchCric is a cricket statistics app where you can browse international teams and players, view their stats, compare any two head to head, and track upcoming matches with live countdowns, squads and head-to-head records.
How do I compare two teams or players?
Open the Compare tab, choose whether you want to compare Teams or Players, then tap the two slots to pick your selections. Tap the Compare button to see a side-by-side breakdown of their stats with visual bars showing who leads each category. You can also tap "Compare" from any team or player detail page.
How do I share a comparison?
Once a comparison is showing, tap the Share button to generate a comparison card you can send to friends through any app via the iOS share sheet.
How often is the data updated?
Cricket data is updated periodically. The app fetches the latest data each time you open it, and you can pull down to refresh on the Home screen or use the Refresh option in Settings at any time.
Why don't I see live scores?
TouchCric focuses on stats, fixtures and comparisons rather than live ball-by-ball scoring. For matches that are in progress, where available, a link may be provided to follow the live score on an external site. Match results shown reflect the most recent update to our data.
Are the statistics official?
The statistics are compiled from publicly available cricket records and are provided for informational purposes only. TouchCric is an independent app and is not affiliated with any official cricket board or governing body. While we strive for accuracy, figures should be treated as approximate references.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. The app caches data on your device, so you can browse teams, players and previously loaded fixtures even without an internet connection. A connection is needed to refresh data and to load advertisements.
How do I remove ads?
The app is currently free and supported by advertising. There is no paid ad-removal option at this time.
